A PROJECT LED AS STRATEGIC DESIGNER - GRADUATION WORK
Through this project, my goal was to support immigrant women who have experienced professional deskilling during their integration journey. To achieve this, I developed Aoura, a digital tool that enables my target audience to access jobs aligned with their aspirations and skills, thereby supporting their empowerment in Canada. Through intelligent matching, personalized support, and post-interview follow-up, we facilitate access to professional opportunities that match the talents of each newcomer. Aoura is a free and innovative application that fosters inclusive connections and enhances skills during career transitions.

Ton espace "mentorat" te permet d'être en contact avec des mentors ayant su s'intégrer sur le marché du travail. Tu peux participer à des sessions de mentorat individuelles ou collectives où c'est l'occasion d'aborder différentes thématiques.
Ton espace "parcours" te permet de voir en temps réel ta progression, il permet de te motiver à travers la possible obtention de badges par exemple.
